Amendments to the Annual Emissions
Reporting Rule (15A NCAC 02Q .0207) -- proposed for amendment to
add greenhouse gases (GHGs) to the list of compounds that shall
be reported annually by major (also known as Title V) point sources
-- have completed the hearing process. (The rule amendments will
not be in effect by June 30, 2009, so GHG reporting will not be
required for the 2008 reporting year.)
