Title V
For Title V permits, the OMNI staff:

Title III
For Title III, the OMNI staff:
- Helps with plans for compliance with Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) and Generally Available Control Technology (GACT) standards.
- Conducts air dispersion modeling for Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).
- Develops risk management and emergency response plans for HAPs.
- Develops a data management and inventory system for HAPs.
- Ensures compliance with NC Toxic Air Pollutant requirements.
